If, by the end of your first month’s rent, you find that you LOVE your chamber, and wish to keep it, your return shipping, sanitation fee, tax, and deposit, as well as 100% of your rent payment, will be applied to the purchase price (see purchase prices above).
If you decide to return the chamber, it is your responsibility as the renter to return the chamber in the original condition as delivered to you, in the original packaging.
In the event that the chamber is returned damaged, dirty, or missing components, there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to its original condition.
The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to New Leaf: the cost of which varies depending on the location of the renter. Please call for pricing!
Taxes and Surcharges
There is NO tax on the purchase of medical equipment.
There IS a tax on rentals.
All payments made with credit cards will have a surcharge of 3%

Return Policy per manufacturer:
“Summit to Sea is so confident in the quality and ergonomics of our products we offer an unconditional return policy. If, for any reason, you decide to return your product within the first 15 days from delivery simply call the Summit to Sea reseller you purchased your product from and they will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges.
A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Summit to Sea.”
